Vladimir Ananich was born on September 17,1958 in Moscow into the family of practical economists. Upon graduating from a secondary school, Ananich
entered the Industrial and Housing Construction department of the Moscow Engineer and Construction Institute.
In 1976 he was enlisted into the army and until 1978 served in a posting platoon of the Engineer Troops deployed on the shore of the Finnish Gulf.
From 1981 -1986, Ananich worked at the Moscow «Izolyator» factory where he could develop his organisational merits to a large extent. Starting his career as a rank-and-file loader, Ananich, at the age of 24 and without any special education, headed the transport department of the enterprise.
In 1986, Ananich established a video studio at the recreation centre Panorama in the Sokolnichesky district in Moscow. On a par, in 1983 he founded the co-operative Video in the Moscow’s suburban town of Khimki.
Late in 1988, he began viagra as a film director at the Central Studio of Documentaries.
Starting with filming commercials for the «2x2» Moscow TV channel, his private small company VCT (video, cinema, television) had overcome a lot of organisational difficulties. Working with leased equipment, it managed to start airing its own programme «Businessmen’s morning», as well as contributing to the «Teiemixt» programme with its «Business reports» and to the popular «VID» show, with its «500 days».
The close joint-stock telecompany «Your Commercial Television» with a short name of VKT (abbreviation of the Russian Vashe Kommercheskoye Televidenie – Your Commercial TV) was founded on November 29,1991.
Among its founders were the Russian Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange, companies Rinako, VCT, the Russian National Commercial Bank, News Agency of Economic News, the Vilnius and Asian Stock Exchanges.
The authorised capital of the company amounted to 207 million roubles. In 1994 it reached already 350 million.
VKT owns brokers’ offices at the Russian Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange and the Moscow Commodity Exchange.
At present, VKT films and airs one of the biggest packages of business news programmes including daily «Businessmen’s times», «Business news», «Cultural news», weekly «Voucher’s Adventures in Russia», monthly «VKT presents» together with making over ten commercials every months. The company’s correspondents’ network consists of 250 bureaus all over Russia and the southern part of the ex-USSR.
